Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and card benefits, providing clear and accurate information.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Document customer interactions in the system accurately for record-keeping and service improvement purposes.

Stay informed about American Express products and services to better assist customers and promote offerings.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service is preferred; however, a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
