We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a UAE National, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients via phone, email, and chat. You will work remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from home or any other location that suits your needs.
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information to customers about our products and services
Processing customer orders and managing returns and exchanges
Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records
Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service and contribute to team goals
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures
Identifying opportunities for improving customer service and making recommendations to management
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Desired Skill & Expertise
Qualifications and Skills:
UAE National with fluency in both English and Arabic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
