We will consider all remote US candidates for this role with a preference for those that are either located in or willing to travel on a semi-regular basis to the Denver-Colorado area where the team is primarily located. Responsibilities:
What You’ll Get To Do:
Customer Onboarding and Training
Guide new customers through the onboarding and deployment process, as applicable, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our connected vehicle data ecosystem products, services.
Conduct training sessions, both one on one and group, to educate customers on how to effectively use our software.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
Proactively engage with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and challenges.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within our company.
Customer Success Planning and Execution
Collaborate with customers to develop and execute success plans that align with their business goals.
Monitor customer success metrics and proactively take actions to address any risks to their satisfaction or renewal.
Product Adoption and Upsell and Cross sell Opportunities
Drive adoption of new features and functionalities among existing customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services based on customer needs.
Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution
Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our product and services.
Escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Scope

Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
Education and Experience
4-year college degree or equivalent additional experience
Minimum of 5-years working for a company or agency within the transportation industry
10+ years of experience in a customer facing role delivering and supporting software and SaaS products
Prior experience analyzing needs, developing and delivering related software training and materials
Demonstrated experience successfully retaining and upselling customer accounts
Competencies
Advanced competency in Microsoft applications
Advanced presentation and data visualization capabilities
A true team player, flexible about your role
Learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and identify existing or potential problems
A consultative approach focused on value realization and outcome delivery on sometimes tight deadlines
Happiest when working in an innovative space with others
Have high quality goals, look for ways to make improvements
Familiarity and prior experience with Smartsheets or Salesforce a plus
Communications
Highly collaborative
Clear, concise and timely communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to remain organized and self directed in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner and present effectively to all stakeholder levels
Must have the ability to effectively and appropriately interface and communicate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.

The salary or hourly wage range of $125,000 – $140,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
