We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to work remotely for a team based in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and compelling design concepts that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
Work closely with printers and external vendors to oversee the printing process and ensure the final products meet quality standards.
Provide design support for website updates and other online marketing initiative.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within a software, SaaS, or technology company.
