Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities as a CSM:

Engage proactively with MSP and Direct clients, developing Customer Success Plans to understand their needs, product utilization, and business objectives.

Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of clients’ decision-making processes and goals.

Collaborate across teams—including Tech Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing—to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Mitigate client risk by managing renewals, forecasting, and identifying at-risk customers to prevent churn.

Provide industry insights to clients, driving feature adoption and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Maintain data accuracy and account management hygiene.

Act as the voice of the customer, offering valuable feedback to senior stakeholders in Customer Success, Product, and Support.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or a related role, ideally with SaaS.

Strong business acumen and understanding of client operating models.

Relationship-building skills and a passion for technology.

Ability to solve problems creatively and facilitate solutions.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

A team player comfortable working across multiple teams and hierarchies.

Confident presentation skills tailored to diverse client personas.
