Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring they have a positive experience and receive ongoing value from our products or services. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and guide them through setup and adoption
Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customer questions, issues, and feedback
Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks or opportunities for growth
Collaborate with support, sales, and product teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Track customer engagement and usage to ensure product value is being realized
Assist with renewals and retention efforts
Maintain accurate records in CRM and other customer systems
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, email, and virtual meeting tools
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar
Background in onboarding, training, or customer education
