The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a highly outgoing, charismatic and driven individual to join our customer success team! Ideally this person will come from a sales or recruitment background and have either a keen interest or some experience in customer success.
This role involves being super proactive with customers, managing customer on-boarding, up-selling & cross-selling, retention and customer support. This person will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and will be responsible for the execution of our customer success strategies. You will be joining a team of 4 (3 Customer Success & 1 Support Specialist), Each team member brings different skillsets and backgrounds together which makes it a very collaborative environment where we can all learn and support each other.
Core responsibilities will include: on-boarding of new customers and account set up, management of existing customers including renewals, up-selling and cross selling, first point of contact for customer support queries, liaising with the technical team on day to day bugs and issues.
We use a host of tools to help you on a daily basis. These tools include Planhat, Zendesk, Hubspot, Intercom, Zoom, Slack, GSuite & Notion.

Experience that would be ideal:
2-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment or customer success
Previous experience working with software products/technical environment
Good knowledge of sales process and recruitment process
Good knowledge of customer success strategies
Previous experience managing renewals and up-sells
