Job Description:
Prosyneffex, a leader in advanced thermal insulation coatings, is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to assist with inbound customer and distributor inquiries through Zendesk.
This is a remote, part-time position (starting with 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM Eastern Time coverage, with opportunity for more hours and full-time growth based on performance).
You will be the first point of contact for industrial clients, potential distributors, and investors – providing information, answering technical questions, and helping guide qualified leads through the next steps.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond promptly to incoming live chat, email, and support tickets via Zendesk.

Professionally answer technical questions about Prosyneffex products (full training and FAQs provided).

Collect and organize lead information from chats into our Zendesk Sell CRM.

Follow up on inquiries politely and clearly when needed.

Escalate complex or urgent inquiries to management.

Maintain a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful tone at all times.

Requirements:

Engineering, construction, coatings, or technical product background (preferred, but not mandatory if a quick learner).

Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Customer service experience preferred (chat/email especially).

Experience using and understanding Zendesk (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to work independently with a service-oriented mindset.

Work Conditions:

Remote work.

Initial working hours: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM Eastern Time (with potential to expand).

20-25 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance.

Philippine time zone preferred, but flexible if you can cover required hours.

Paid training provided.his is a part-time role (20 to 25 hours/week) with the opportunity to expand into full-time based on performance and business needs.

Customer interactions will be primarily chat and email.
