What You’ll Be Doing
Providing professional, solution-oriented support to a wide range of clients
Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Keeping client data up to date and ensuring accuracy across internal systems
Handling communications with care and in line with GDPR standards
Taking part in regular training to stay sharp on processes and updates
Creating outstanding customer experiences with every interaction
