Customer Support Specialist , Remote Role (Regional Applicants Only)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-driven support to a diverse client base
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems
Ensure all communication and data handling aligns with GDPR standards
Stay current on internal processes and engage in regular training
Provide consistently excellent customer experiences in every interaction

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
A natural problem-solver with a customer-first approach
Ability to build solid working relationships both internally and externally
Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Calm and efficient under pressure, with solid multitasking abilities
