We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Executive to lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing cybersecurity opportunities. This role will involve both individual efforts and participation in larger bid teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Build strong relationships with decision-makers to assess client needs and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and assist in RFP responses. Stay current on industry trends, attend relevant events, and promote solutions effectively. Negotiate contracts to ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability. Maintain regular communication with clients, resolving issues and identifying upsell opportunities. Share client insights with marketing and contribute to overall sales strategy. Qualifications & Skills: Sales Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably IT or cybersecurity, with proven success in meeting sales targets. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, threats, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and frameworks (ISO, NIST). Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for presenting solutions to non-technical stakeholders and executives. Negotiation & Closing: Expertise in negotiating deals and closing high-value sales, handling objections effectively. Technical Aptitude: Ability to explain cybersecurity solutions and collaborate with technical teams. Problem-Solving: Skilled in assessing client needs and recommending solutions. Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, threats, and certifications are a plus (CompTIA Security+, CISSP is a plus). Client-Centric: Focused on building long-term client relationships with a consultative sales approach. Time Management: Able to juggle multiple clients and deals efficiently; self-motivated and proactive. Collaboration: Team player, contributing to sales strategy and collaborating across the team. Compensation and Benefits: This role offers a performance-based commission structure, where you will earn 20% commission on each closed deal. Your earnings are uncapped – directly tied to your success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing significant potential for high earnings in alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from any location with a reliable internet connection. Applicants must be able to manage their tasks independently and collaborate effectively with a distributed team across time zones. Occasional virtual meetings or scheduled calls may be required during specific business hours.
