Key responsibilities
Objectives:
Quickly take charge of new cybersecurity topics and support the team in strengthening its expertise.
Missions:
Propose improvements to security processes.
Use the ServiceNow incident management tool.
Dispatch tickets and follow established procedures.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of proxy environments (Netskope).
Administer the PKI solution: certificate management, updates, and maintenance of public key infrastructures.
Manage CyberArk: privileged account administration, access control, and security audits.
Use AnyDesk for secure remote support, access management, and incident resolution.
Administer Netskope: manage secure proxies, monitor and analyze network traffic.
Manage FWAAS (Firewall as a Service): configure and maintain firewalls, manage security rules.
Implement ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access): establish and manage network access based on Zero Trust principles.
Ensure operational and security maintenance (MCO & MCS) for deployed solutions.
Handle incidents with solution providers and provide Level 2 security support: resolve incidents and process user service requests.
Update architecture documents, solution sheets, and draft procedures for Level 1 and 2 technical teams (in French and English).
Consolidate monitoring and reporting indicators; create security metric dashboards.
Guarantee the reliability and security of the entire system.
Stay updated on protocols, intrusion systems, web attack techniques, and protection methods to ensure system security.
Cross-functional responsibilities:
Organize and promote ad-hoc transversal activities.
Participate in inter-departmental working groups, representing the Department.
Lead workshops to train/raise awareness among FRA Level 2 Security staff.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in IT
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in cybersecurity would be an advantage
Fluent French
Operational English (essential)
Work condition:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
