This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Czech and have a passion for connecting talented candidates with their dream jobs abroad.
As a Czech Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the Consumer Services industry. You will have the chance to work with clients in various sectors, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we match the best candidates with the right employers, making a real impact on both candidates’ careers and clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth interviews with Czech-speaking candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions in Czech
Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings to shortlist candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
Assist with negotiating job offers and closing candidates
Requirements
Fluent in Czech and English, both written and verbal
In-depth knowledge of the Consumer Services industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
