Responsibilities
Identify and source potential candidates in the Consumer Services industry
Conduct individual screening and interviews
Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific job roles
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities
Requirements
Fluent in Czech language, both spoken and written
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and remotely
Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
