Overview
Oversee the daily management of leads generated by marketing efforts.
Duties
– Promptly contact potential clients to assess their needs and provide timely responses.
– Maintain a detailed database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
– Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
– Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcomes.
– Achieve set targets for lead conversion rates and sales figures.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in CRM software (Experience with REIsift and Kixie is an advantage)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay: $5 – $10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
