Responsibilities

Collect client feedback and contribute to process improvements for better service delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
