Your Role:
Utilize various channels to source and identify qualified candidates for diverse job openings
Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Danish and English
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs
Maintain accurate records and databases of candidate information
Support every stage of the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience
Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruiting strategies
Requirements
Fluency in both Danish and English is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Self-motivated and capable of contributing effectively as part of a team
A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn is vital
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are important for this role
No previous recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided
Familiarity with job boards and social media for sourcing candidates is an advantage
Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program
