Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services effectively.

Document all customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.

Provide constructive feedback to enhance customer service processes and experiences.

Support the onboarding and training of new employees as needed.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Strong technical skills and the capability to troubleshoot effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in technical support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

A fast learner who is able to adapt to new technologies and processes.

A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for helping customers.

Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
