As we grow, we are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL, dashboard creation, and experience working with Metabase. About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Whizz, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive key business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering, to support strategic initiatives and improve performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain analytical dashboards using SQL queries for custom charts and tables (Metabase).
Сreate reports to visualize data insights for management (Metabase).
Perform various ad hoc research and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
Analyze customer behavior, operational performance, and product usage trends.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
Strong working knowledge of Metabase is required.
Good understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Nice to Have:
Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with API data sources and automation tools.
Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
