We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a valued member of our remote team as a Data Entry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company’s data while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

Input and update accurate information into our databases and systems.

Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure information integrity.

Assist in data cleanup and consolidation efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.

Provide ad-hoc support to team members as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus!).

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.

Basic understanding of spreadsheets and data management principles.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and tools.

Prior experience in data entry or administration is a bonus.
