The Opportunity:
We have a perfect opportunity for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist. This position can be remote or in-office based on the employee’s preference and is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented and passionate about precision. Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input customer and internal data into our database
Maintain the quality and accuracy of data entry across all company sectors
Verify, update and audit data regularly ensuring minimal errors
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding data updates or issues
Create and maintain reports related to data input and analysis
Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and data programs
Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess a strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience in a data entry role
Experience working in a remote team environment
Basic knowledge of the solar industry
Familiarity with CRM systems or databases
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
