Job Title: Data Management Assistant for Real Estate Wholesaling Business
Location: Remote (Must be available during US business hours)
Job Description:
We are a growing real estate wholesaling business seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Management Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing key data operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our cold calling team, updating and tracking leads, building reports, and monitoring performance metrics. You will be helping run our call center in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Caller Performance Tracking: Monitor and track cold caller activity, calls made, and leads generated. Provide performance reports regularly.
Lead Management: Update and upload leads in our dialer software. Ensure leads are categorized and organized properly.
Deal Tracking: Track how many deals we’re generating, how many offers are made, and how many contracts are signed.
Report Building: Create and maintain reports summarizing KPIs like call volume, deals closed, contracts signed, and conversion rates.
CRM & Dialer Management: Manage and maintain our CRM and dialer software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong English Proficiency: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
US Hours: Must be available to work during US business hours (Monday-Friday).
Great Internet Connection: A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required to handle the demands of this role.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and performance. Details will be discussed during the interview process. We pay $4-$8 an hour based on experience.
