Key Responsibilities:

Data Stewardship & Governance:

Maintain trusted data foundations by performing audits, supporting data reconciliation efforts, and promoting data quality best practices across client environments. * System Enablement & User Support:
Provide hands-on support with system access and workflows, acting as a key enabler across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, or equivalent enterprise tools. Manage user permissions and resolve first-level technical issues. * Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into clear technical tasks or requirements for delivery teams. * Data Insights & Reporting:
Assist in preparing dashboards and reports by querying, cleaning, and interpreting data using tools like SQL, Excel, or modern BI platforms. * Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure data handling aligns with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA), internal policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in data management, analytics, or IT support.

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar.

Basic proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel for data manipulation.

Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to data quality.

Clear communication skills and experience working with internal teams and clients.

Interest in developing a career in consulting and digital transformation.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with business analysis or requirements engineering.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.

Experience working in multinational and cross-functional project environments.
