Job Description
The database developer must possess advanced knowledge of programming languages, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to a deadline. A top-class developer works together with the development team to create high-level programs. The database developer is attentive to emerging requirements of the company and its clients; inquisitive regarding process analysis and desired outcomes; and rapidly responds with innovative solutions to complex problems.
The Care Coordination System (CCS), heretofore referred to as “the system”, is a database serving corporate business objectives and clients as a knowledge management tool informing timely and accurate decision-making, prioritization, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement process initiatives in medical services delivery.
The System includes the Source Code and object code; and all databases, files, application programming interfaces, and other components of and works embodied in the Software (including any audio or visual content or screen displays in the user interface), and all updates, upgrades, corrections, modifications, translations, releases, versions, and derivative works and improvements of each of the foregoing items.
Key Responsibilities

Meeting with development managers to discuss the scope of software projects.

Analyzing existing programs for modification purposes.

Researching and designing new software systems, websites, programs, and applications.

Writing and implementing, clean, scalable code.

Troubleshooting and debugging code.

Verifying and deploying software systems.

Evaluating user feedback.

Recommending and executing program improvements.

Maintaining software code and security systems.

Creating technical documents and training staff.

Qualifications
Required Education, Qualifications, and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.

Advanced knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, HTML5, Java, C++, API, and PHP.

Knowledge of software systems and frameworks including AnglularJS, Git, GitHub, and .NET.

Experience with object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile development technologies.

Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.

Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)

Performance location is Doha, Qatar with ability to travel periodically throughout the Middle East Region (Iraq, Kuwait) with potential travel to the United States and its Territories.

Other Special Qualifications

Must be able to relocate to Qatar.

A valid passport is required to be maintained during your stay in Qatar.

Ability to pass U.S. State Department background check for issuance of Base Access Badge

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
