About the role
We are seeking a talented Database Developer with at least 3 years of working experience in the relevant areas to join our team at Booming Games and help build the Data Lake house (DLH) platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with relational database development, and will be responsible for developing business logic, data models, and performance optimizations in our Business Intelligence department. Candidates should be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our PostgreSQL-based data warehouse
Develop business logic, including ETLs, and data aggregations
Design relational data models and architectures
Develop unit and integration tests
Optimize performance and storage requirements
Collaborate with Qlik Sense developers
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with relational database development
Proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL
Experience with Git version control
Knowledge of performance and storage optimizations
Familiarity with Agile workflows
Experience with Docker and GitLab CI/CD is a plus
Knowledge of Bash is a plus
DBA experience is a plus
