Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality, Story driven and Engaging reels
Craft: Strong hooks (first 1–3 seconds), Clean cuts, pacing, transitions, Text overlays optimized for mobile viewing Add sound effects, subtitles, and motion elements aligned with trends
Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok & Shorts
Collaborate on content ideas & storytelling angles (not just execution)
Design carousel posts & static creatives for brands
Clean design sense (typography, spacing, color)
Ability to turn simple footage into high-impact content
Deliverables
Reels / short videos on a regular basis
Carousel & static posts as needed
Tools
Video Editing: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (advanced)
Design: Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma
Basic Motion Graphics & Subtitles
Platform-ready exports for mobile
Nice to Have
Experience with faceless reels, UGC style, or talking-head edits
Knowledge of e-commerce & DTC content
Understanding of hooks, retention & watch-time
Ability to suggest content ideas & improvements
