Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Lead to help us build and grow a world-class growth engine that brings more Retail to the world. You’ll bring this to life by driving key initiatives and strategies that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel, ultimately impacting revenue goals. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, email nurture, content, paid media, and more.

This role requires you to identify and focus on priority initiatives. The ideal candidate has a track record of building and managing marketing programs across channels, being laser focused on driving impactful revenue outcomes. You are someone who enjoys and thrives working cross functionally, managing multiple stakeholders towards a common goal, and ensuring projects cross the finish line. Build, launch, and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel

Oversee all of the campaign tactics used to develop and cultivate sales leads into long-term merchants

Create scalable programs that generate and nurture leads via events, paid, email, retargeting, direct mail, content promotion, and more

Collaborate heavily with stakeholders, including MUX, PMM, FED, and channel teams to launch campaigns and bring POS products to market

Conduct frequent analysis on program performance to scale efforts for the most efficient marketing mix and to achieve KPI’s (MQLs, SQLs, SALs, C/W, etc.)

Optimize campaigns and messaging through frequent A/B testing and data analysis

Analyze campaign metrics and present recommendations

Communicated learnings and results with all stakeholders on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadence



A passion for demand marketing and willingness to get hands-on building solutions

Comfortable with data, reporting, and identifying opportunities

A strong understanding of experimentation best-practices

Ability to thrive in chaos, resolve ambiguity, be solutions oriented, and think on your feet

You can drive good decisions collaboratively and quickly

Identify new opportunities to drive growth

Ability to prioritize the most impactful initiatives

Willingness to roll your sleeves up, with a “get shit done” attitude

Experience managing or willingness to learn various online and offline marketing channels to create an integrated experience for our target audience

Bonus points:

Experience with Salesforce, email platforms, and paid platforms

Experience juggling multiple high-impact projects

Experience identifying opportunities and rallying teams behind building a solution
