Job Description
Work closely with internal teams to create both short-term and long-term demand forecasts, ensuring supply stability through coordination with global and regional partners.
Oversee demand and supply planning activities, improving inventory management, optimizing product categories, and refining the overall planning strategy.
Act as the primary user of the forecasting system, managing operations, enhancing predictive accuracy, and driving process improvements.
Oversee Taiwan and Hong Kong market and provide analytical insights for business decisions, and serve as a key contact for system support and process enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of demand planning and inventory control, working experience in FMCG or Healthcare industry is a must.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience both Demand & Supply Planning processes is a must.
Great English ability in both oral and written.
