We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant/Developer to join our team remotely and help us optimize and maintain our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Website Optimization and Maintenance:

Optimize all of our operational websites for speed and performance.

Identify and fix any bugs or issues on the websites.

Implement enhancements and updates on the back-end as required.

CRM Enhancement (Bitrix24):

Enhance our CRM system by automating messages, email templates, contracting processes, NDA signing, and more.

Automated birthday messages within CRM.

Digital Asset Management:

Review and enhance other digital assets and platforms used by the organization.

Suggest and incorporate any relevant automation to improve efficiency.

Marketing and SEO:

Track and improve marketing and SEO efforts.

Manage and optimize newsletters, including sending, tracking, and reporting.

Email and Communication:

Troubleshoot and resolve any email issues, particularly with One.com.

Assist with Microsoft migration for emails.

Subscription Management:

Review all subscriptions (e.g., Azure, Microsoft) and determine which can be cancelled and which should continue.

Security and Maintenance:

Double-check for any backdoors or tricky coding to ensure security and smooth operation of digital platforms.

Innovation and Ideas:

Be open to suggesting and implementing new ideas related to digitization and automation to enhance our operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Assistant, Developer, or similar role.

Proficiency in website optimization, CRM management (especially Bitrix24), and automation tools.

Strong knowledge of marketing and SEO tracking tools.

Experience with email management and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Microsoft migration and subscription management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

Conditions about the job:

As this is a remote working position, the candidate is required to arrange for a dedicated Computer/Laptop, a working phone with a dedicated office number and a seamless high-speed internet connection.

As this is a part-time position, you will be required to present an NOC from your organization where you are presently employed.

You will need to align with the UAE working days and timings (Mon-Fri; 9AM-6PM), with your availability for atleast for 4 hours a day (with the possibility of availability on weekends and/or extended working hours) to ensure the deliverables, commitments and tasks are handled.

This is a remote working profile and your utmost professionalism, discipline and commitment to work ethics would be expected by the management.

The compensation will be determined based on your interview assessments, your skill sets and management’s decision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 22.5 – 30 per week
