about the job
This 100% remote role is newly created to accelerate business growth (brand, reach, sales).

Plan, create, and execute B2C digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

Optimize paid campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive product awareness, and boost conversions.

Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine and improve ongoing strategies.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize ROI.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

about you

Proven experience in managing digital ads on Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a start-up environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Self motivated and driven to work effectively in a remote work setting.
