Your Responsibilities:

Help manage, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution and achieving desired outcomes.

Support lead generation initiatives by setting up and monitoring tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, ensuring accurate data collection and actionable performance insights.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to draft engaging ad copy and assist in conceptualizing video content ideas. Coordinate with designers to bring these concepts to life while ensuring they align with campaign objectives across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta.

Assist in compiling and analyzing campaign reports from tools like Google Analytics. Identify trends, assess key metrics, and work with the Digital Marketing Manager to recommend improvements for better performance.

Help track and manage advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, learning how to keep campaigns within budget while optimizing ROI through hands-on experience.

Coordinate with content creators to ensure that ad content (visuals, copy, and videos) aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta. Act as a bridge between creative teams and marketing goals.

Assist in gathering and organizing market and competitor insights. Present findings to the team to support adjustments in strategy and campaign direction.

Continuously learn about emerging trends in digital advertising, with a focus on video marketing, and share relevant insights with the team to maintain a competitive advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital advertising.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn).

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Experience working on a Graveyard Shift

Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries

Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools.
