The Digital CX Analyst Intern will contribute to the creation of a best-in-class journey insights program and strategy by supporting the Signet Digital organization with insights and journey analytics. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights using a variety of data sources and inputs for the Digital organization to act upon. In this role, you will work closely with your digital stakeholders and their teams to prioritize their digital and CX roadmaps, conduct exploratory analysis to identify pain points and innovation opportunities, and quantify the value of customer behaviors, among many other things, to further accelerate and mature the capabilities of the Digital organization and improve the quality of the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Strategy – Partnering with Digital stakeholders and their organizations to define and refine the strategic priorities to achieve our organizational goals and objectives. Participate in and lead regular communication routines to share insights and strategic recommendations. Collaborate and execute on the Insights organization’s strategy and vision in partnership with our Domain heads and other related functions, like Operations, Design, and Enterprise Analytics.
Analysis – Partner directly with stakeholders to provide actionable insights on the customer experience in their scope. Responsible for executing analysis using the tools and data available relative to those customer experiences, using both tool-based analytics and coding languages, like SQL, SAS, and Python. Produce compelling visualizations and insights to tell the story of the customer journey. Communicate those insights clearly and appropriately throughout the organization. Define and partner on requirements to establish a best-in-class data environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated a curiosity-mindset and ability to identify patterns in data
Coding Language Experience (SAS, SQL, Python)
Experience with Digital Analytics preferred
Collaborative partner working across functional areas
Ability to understand and interpret databases and back-end data systems for optimal usage and application
Proficient in Tableau and Excel as it relates to visualizing data
Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written
Creative problem solver
Commitment to building strong relationships
Commitment to implement strategic vision of organization
Work Environment:
Remote: open to all candidates regardless of location
Fulltime summer internship (40 hours/12 week) May – August 2025.
The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
