We’re actively recruiting a Digital Content Editor specialized in vertical content formats for platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snap Spotlight, and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

Adapt clients’ pre-edited long-form content to 3-5 min vertical (1080×1920) Snapchat episodes.

Repurpose these episodes into concise, <1min vertical videos suitable for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snap Spotlight, and IG Reels.

Trim clips to fit the desired timeframe.

Adjust content to vertical format, ensuring the primary content focus remains central.

Integrate graphics into content (graphics provided).

Position the content creator/host's camera view for optimal visual appeal.

Produce 1-2 (540×900) thumbnails and craft 2-4 catchy headlines.

Apply subtitles (utilizing Premiere Pro or Capcut but manual adjustments may be required).

Incorporate suitable background music to videos.

Source-related content for news-themed episodes (videos, images).

Apply graphics, transitions, sound effects, and more to enhance video content.

Identify the most engaging segment of an episode for a screenshot or source an appropriate online image.

Enhance the selected image by adjusting parameters like contrast, brightness, and vibrancy to optimize visual appeal.

Edit and position predefined characters, typically stick figures, to align with corresponding audio, primarily intended for news stories.
