Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Client Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels for B2B and B2C clients. In this role, you will foster strong client relationships, prioritize client retention, and collaborate with internal specialists and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality marketing services. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, as well as excellent communication and project management skills to ensure seamless client experiences.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels, including paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.

Create and present comprehensive marketing plans and brand strategies to clients.

Manage and distribute content for clients, working with internal team members to ensure delivery.

Lead both internal and client-facing meetings to align strategies and deliverables.

Stay updated on the latest marketing trends to implement innovative approaches.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Address client questions, finding creative solutions to challenges.

Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring timely adjustments to meet goals.

Handle recordkeeping and present performance reports to clients.

Requirements
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Client Manager or similar role.

Strong proficiency in English for client-facing communication.

Extensive experience with digital marketing tactics like paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.

Experience using project management tools such as Teamwork.com or related.

Proven track record in client relationship management and strategic marketing.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional client communication and customer service skills.
