Marketing / Vilnius / Hybrid Remote
We are looking
for a Digital Marketing Lead who knows how to turn data into decisions and marketing strategies into growth. You’ll take full ownership of one of our digital products, driving its scale-up and ensuring customers not only buy, but also stay and enjoy.
Get ready to
Define and execute a digital marketing strategy that supports our mission and drives product sales through online channels
Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to understand user behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
Work closely with product, operations, data, customer support, and UX teams to create seamless experiences across the customer journey
Build and manage performance-driven marketing roadmaps that connect strategy with execution
Prioritize growth initiatives and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align business goals with customer needs
Keep the team updated on marketing performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
We expect you to
Have 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with fast-scaling products
Bring a strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with tools like GA, Looker, or similar analytics platforms
Demonstrate a proven track record in customer acquisition, retention, and improving conversion funnels
Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complexity into actionable marketing steps
Possess experience with U.S. markets (a strong plus)
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500-5000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
