Are you an organized, creative, and reliable digital marketer with a strong eye for content and consistency? We’re hiring a **Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager** to take charge of our brand presence across multiple platforms.
This is a **remote** position starting at ** $2 USD/HR for 20-40 hours/week**, with the opportunity to grow based on performance and initiative.

### ???? **Your Key Responsibilities:**
– Build and manage weekly/monthly content calendars
– Design scroll-stopping graphics in **Canva**
– Write clear, engaging captions tailored to each platform
– Post consistently to:
– **Facebook**
– **Instagram**
– **Google Business Profile**
– **TikTok** (simple brand-friendly content)
– **LinkedIn** (professional updates and community posts)
– Track and report on post engagement using basic analytics
– Use **Trello** to stay organized and collaborate on content planning
– Draft simple marketing copy for promotional graphics, text alerts, and emails

### ? **You Must Have:**
– At least **2 years of professional experience** in digital marketing or social media management
– **Excellent written English** (you will be writing content for public-facing posts)
– Proven ability to **use Trello** to track and organize tasks
– Proficiency in **Canva**, Instagram/Facebook tools, and content scheduling
– Familiarity with **LinkedIn and TikTok posting best practices**
– Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines without reminders
– High attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions exactly

### ???? **Bonus (Not Required):**
– Experience posting on **Google Business Profiles**
– Familiarity with real estate, property management, or tenant-facing businesses
– Basic video editing skills or experience creating Reels/TikToks
