Job Summary: The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for developing, designing, and managing all aspects of our digital presence, including website design and maintenance, social media content creation, and digital marketing campaigns. This role combines creativity and technical skills to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Website Design and Maintenance:

Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a user-friendly experience, responsive design, and consistent branding.

Regularly update website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product pages.

Optimize website performance through SEO best practices, ensuring high visibility on search engines.

Social Media Content Creation:

Develop and execute social media content strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Manage social media calendars, monitor trends, and report on performance analytics.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online ads, and other promotional activities.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Graphic Design:

Design promotional materials, including banners, infographics, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s visual identity.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital content with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s digital presence competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in web design, social media content creation, and digital marketing.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web development tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS).

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.

Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, with occasional requirements for remote work or flexible hours based on project deadlines.
