At Nextgenray, we help local service-based businesses in Pennsylvania build a strong online presence through web design, SEO, and Google Business Profile management. We’re a small but growing web design business that needs an extra set of hands to keep up with our clients’ needs.
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who can take charge of assigned tasks and get them done right the first time. If you’re detail-oriented, responsible, disciple, and comfortable working independently, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a results driven-role, and your efficient and effective support will drive business growth for us and our clients.
You must have experience with WordPress, Google Business Profile, Go High Level, SEO, and have strong communication skills written and verbal (English).
Position Overview

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant

Role is Results Driven, You Must be Accountable & Responsible

Hours: Approximately 15-25 hours worth of tasks per month (flexible scheduling)

Starting Rate: $7.00 USD per hour

Probationary Period: 3-6 months

Work Location Remote (Philippines-based)

Nextgenray Located in United States, New Jersey

Expected Hire, (Interviews) November 1, 2024
*Work tasks may be completed in 1-2 weeks each month, specific tasks will be assigned in Trello.
What You Will Do

Task Ownership: You’ll be given a set of tasks each week or month, and your goal is to get them done on time, with minimal need for oversight.

Google Business Profile Management: Create, proofread, and schedule engaging posts for service-based businesses.

Landing Page Creation: Design and build service-location landing pages using Elementor, focusing on SEO.

SEO Support: Write and update meta titles and descriptions to improve search engine visibility.

Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Client Reporting: Generate Care Plan Reports using ManageWP and prepare custom Google Analytics Reports.

General Support: Assist with various marketing tasks and collaborate to ensure client needs are met.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in Virtual Assistance, SEO, and WordPress.

Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to proofread all work before publishing.

Communication: Strong English reading and writing skills.

Technical: Familiar with tools like Go High Level, Elementor, ManageWP, Google Analytics, and Canva.

Reliable Setup: Must have a stable internet connection and a computer to complete tasks efficiently.

Team Player: Open to asking for guidance and working collaboratively to get the job done right.
Qualifications / Requirements

University degree or similar

3+ years Experience Virtual Assistance, SEO, & Word Prress

Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer to perform all tasks efficiently.

Must read and write English with strong communication skills.

Must be detail-oriented and able to proofread all work before publishing.

Ability to connect to and work using Zoom, and/or Google Workspace. We will talk through this to determine the best means of communication.

Must respect security, data protection, and safeguard client and company systems and resources.

Go High Level, Elementor, & ManageWP are used
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business
Grammarly, spell check, and grammar checks
You may need to touch up some images for clients, Canva works
