Overview:
The Digital Media Advertising Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of paid digital advertising for a leading brand within the highly competitive relocation and logistics space. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Digital Media Advertising Specialist will be responsible for digital media advertising strategy and execution across all digital advertising platforms, working as part of a multi-channel team. This role will create, implement, and manage highly effective and efficient paid digital advertising campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation results from target audiences. Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize, plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid media channels (including but not limited to search, display, programmatic, social media, etc.).
Lead day-to-day operations of digital advertising efforts. Continually monitor and optimize campaign components including keywords, ads, bid strategies, audience, spend, budgets, etc.
Conduct ongoing research and analysis of target audience demographics and behaviors.
Strive for efficacy and ROI. Communicate advertising channel and campaign performance, including detailed KPI analysis, through quantitative and qualitative data reporting.
Research, experiment, and determine effectiveness of new channels and campaigns by conducting extensive A/B testing. Collaborate with internal teams to develop testing roadmaps to maximize media mix, audience targeting, media placement and messaging.
Recommend and develop copy and creative assets that resonate with key target audiences. Work directly with creative partners if necessary.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· 3-5 years of paid digital advertising experience.
· Experience in top, mid, and lower funnel digital campaign management, including lower-funnel conversion orientated tactics and tracking.
· Deep knowledge and proven experience with digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Social Advertising platforms, etc.
· Google Analytics required; Google Tag Manager required; visualization and interpretation using tools such as Looker Studio, Power Bi, and Supermetrics preferred.
· Highly organized, self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once.
