The job:

Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email

Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use

Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels

Follow presented response templates and quality standards

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team

Giving product tips & recommendations

We need YOU, because:

You’re ready to relocate to sunny Greece

You speak the Hebrew language fluently

You have strong English skills – both written and spoken

You’ve got an excellent eye for the detail

Problem-solving is your superpower

You can stay calm and professional – even when things don’t go as planned

Customer support experience is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker!
