Primary Responsibilities:

Translate business goals and objectives into actionable, value-driven digital strategies that support Government Programs members/business

Collaborate with key business stakeholders to set digital goals, prioritize work, an align on quality & delivery expectations

Define objectives, key results, and KPIs that will be used to measure success and quantify digital value/ROI

Partner with digital product and experience owners to ensure roadmap delivery to achieve business & digital goals

Translate business goals into a digital strategy that has defined objectives and measurable key results (OKRs)

Build solid relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and understand needs and opportunities

Drive decisions throughout the year to adapt to emerging opportunities while navigating competing priorities

Partner with Analytics team(s) to build the mechanisms necessary to measure and assess value delivered to the organization as the result of digital strategies and capabilities implemented

Ensure digital performance goals are met and measure ROI on digital projects, adapt approaches to ensure investment in the right tools, resources, and experiences

Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization

Serve as primary intake channel for new opportunities: What do we want to achieve and why; work with stakeholders to map out the omni channel experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience with digital or product strategy role

Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Experience and comfort navigating ambiguity to bring clarity and direction

Experience gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale

Ability and comfort to travel to UHC office sites in Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience

Project management experience

Consumer marketing experience within a large, matrixed organization

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with business and technology leaders

Proven track record of displaying ownership, urgency and sound decision-making skills
