Job Title: Digital Program & Client Experience Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)
Preferred Schedule: Remote, with ideal availability between 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time (5:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT). Additional hours available for full-time candidates.

We’re looking for a Digital Program & Client Experience Coordinator who is confident in Canva, familiar with platforms like Kajabi, and energized by helping clients succeed. This role supports both the behind-the-scenes delivery of our programs and the day-to-day engagement in our online communities. If you are organized, creative, and care deeply about helping people win, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Client Support & Course Management
Upload and organize course content inside Kajabi (videos, PDFs, emails, links)
Track client engagement and follow up to ensure successful course or challenge completion
Help manage digital deliverables and send out access instructions or recap materials
Community Engagement
Actively participate in Telegram, WhatsApp, or Upgrade to see actual info groups to welcome members and encourage participation
Respond to basic questions, send reminders, and spotlight wins or feedback
Support VIP participants with check-ins, follow-up, and encouragement
Live Events & Webinar Support
Provide admin support during Zoom webinars and weekly live sessions
Monitor the chat, drop links, share reminders, and help troubleshoot basic tech issues
Take notes, capture quotes, or flag key content for repurposing
Marketing & Visual Content
Use Canva to create slides, reminders, challenge graphics, and testimonials
Support basic branding tasks (event flyers, digital welcome kits, visual content recaps)
Organize files in shared folders for easy team and client access
Lead Nurturing & Soft Sales
Send kind, helpful follow-up messages encouraging bookings, VIP upgrades, or affiliate links
Tag leads or clients inside a CRM (such as Kajabi or ClickUp)
Track conversions and flag warm leads for follow-up (no hard sales required)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have experience supporting digital programs, online communities, or remote clients
Are comfortable using or learning tools like Kajabi, Telegram, ClickUp, and Zoom
Have strong Canva skills and enjoy creating clean, branded visuals
Can work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly
Enjoy being helpful, resourceful, and supportive with both clients and your team
Bonus Skills (Preferred, not required)
Familiarity with course platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific
Light video editing or podcast repurposing experience
Experience with live events, Facebook groups, or challenge-style launches
