افغان اید یک سازمان بین المللی غیر دولتی بریتانیایی میباشد. و از ۱۹۸۳ بدینسو در افغانستان کارمیکند دفتر مرکزی آن در کابل میباشد. افغان اید به گونه مستقیم پروژه ها را در چهار ولایت کشور و به همکاری با موسسات دیگر به ولایات های متعدد تطبیق مینماید و یک دفتر جهت وجوه یابی و بازاریابی در لندن دارد. افغان اید در مناطق خیلی دور افتاده کشور فعالیت داشته و از طریق عملکرد های متعدد و توسعه خدمات اساسی مانند: آب ، حفظ الصحه( بهداشت صحی)دسترسی به جاده ،تسهیلات تعلیمی و دیکر ساختارهای اجتماعی: تقویت معیشت از طریق بهبود بخشیدن مدیریت منابع طبیعی، زراعت، ترقی و توسعه تشبثات کوچک،بهبود بخشیدن دسترسی به مارکیت و تهیه و فراهم نمودن کمک های بشر دوستانه در اوقات اضطرار را در چهار چوکات برنامه ها حمایت میکند. مساوات، و برابری جنسیتی رشد و ترقی حکومت و جوامع محلی در تمام فعالیت های افغان اید تنیده شده است.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of Afghanaid vehicles the timely delivery and collection of the procurement process for all departments and safe delivery of staff to their respective destinations.

This position is required to conduct periodic checks of the vehicles and respond appropriately. This position is expected to purchase items and deliver those items and/or Afghanaid staff to their respective destinations.
The Driver will be responsible to ensure safe and responsible driving of office vehicles, properly maintain it and running of official errands and assisting with other office services.
مسئولیت این پوست اطمینان از نگهداری مناسب وسایط نقلیه افغان اید ،انتقال و جمع آوری در پروسه های خریداری برای تمام دیپارتمنت های افغان اید و انتقال کارمندان به محله های مربوطه شان.
این وظیفه ایجاب میکند که به صورت درست و دوره یی وسایط خویشرا چک نموده و در صورت نیاز به آن رسیدگی شود و از حامل این پوست توقع میرود که در خریداری اشیاء و تسلیم دادن آن به کارمندان افغان اید و یا مکان تعیین شدههمکار باشند .
راننده مسئولیت دارد تا اطمئنان دهد که مسئولیت رانندگی مصئون موتر دفتر را داشته و مسئول نگهداری منظم و درست از وسایط دفتر، انجام وظایف رسمی و همکاری به خدمت رسانی به دیپارتمنت های دیگر .
Specific Responsibilities:
Driving:

Drive the vehicle in a safe manner complying with all Afghaniad regulations and obeying all Road Traffic Acts and to ensure that security advice is obtained before any journey.

Carry out daily and weekly checks on the vehicle as assigned and report any required repair and maintenance to the line manager.

Ensure that the Vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in roadworthy condition.

Fill out the Vehicle Log Books and have it signed for each journey.

Record the number of kilometres covered, fuel consumption, repairs and services done.

Report any damage, mechanical faults or mishaps that occur to the vehicle

Ensure that passengers are driven to and from their destination in a safe manner

Comply fully with Afghanaid procedures on the reporting of accidents involving Afghanaid vehicles

Ensure that loads and cargo are secure and transported safely

Ensure that the vehicle is parked safely at all times, especially on overnight assignments. If necessary, stay with vehicle when parked

Ensure that the vehicle is always parked at a Afghanaid compound or approved alternative

Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Mechanical:

Ensure that all vehicles in Head Office are maintained and checked on time on daily basis, all vehicles are repaired on proper manner and technical advice is given to the drivers.

Ensure that the daily checks of Head Office vehicles and need of spare parts and vehicles wiring system are work properly.

Having a well organised filing system including records of work done, staffing rosters, and performance reports

مسئولیت های مشخص:
رانندگی :

رانندگی وسایط نقلیه به طریقه مصئون وایمن با مراعات تمام پروسیجر های افغان اید و با پیروی از تمام قوانین ترافیکی جاده و حصول اطمئنان از دریافت توصیه های امنیتی قبل از سفر.

چک و بررسی وسایط روزانه، هفته واربه اساس معیار های تعیین شده و راپور دهی جهت ترمیم در صورت نیاز و لزوم به آمر مستقیم.

حصول اطمئنان از پاک نگهداشتن ،مرتب و قابل سیر و حرکت موتر در جاده.

خانه پری و امضاء نمودن کتابچه خط وسیر

درج وثبت مقدار کیلو مترهای طی شده، مصارف تیل،ترمیم ،سرویس و خدمات انجام شده برای موتر

راپور دادن از رخ داد هر گونه خرابی، مشکل و یا عیب های تخنیکی و یا کدام حادثه نا گوار به وسایط.

حصول اطمئنان از حمل و نقل مسافران (کارمندان) از وبه محل بود باش شان به شیوه مصئون و محفوظ.

پیروی از تمام پروسیجر های افغان اید در راپور دهی وقوع هر نوع حادثه به وسایط افغان اید.

حصول اطمئنان از ایمن بودن بارها و محموله ها و انتقال آن به طریق مصئون.

حصول اطمئنان از پارک نمودن وسایط به گونه ایمن همیشه ومدام بالخصوص در ماموریت های شبانه و بودن در داخل موتر در هنگام پارک کردن در صورت لوزم.

حصول اطمئنان از پارک نمودن وسایط در محوطه افغان اید و یا مکان بدیل پذیرفته شده (توسط افغان اید)

انجام هر وظیفه مرتبط که از طرف آمر مستقیم سپرده شود.

میخانیکی:

حصول اطمئنان از مصئون بودن تمام وسایط در دفتر مرکزی، چک نمودن آن ها به اساس روزانه،ترمیم وسایط بطریقه مناسب و توصیه ها تخنیکی باید به رانندگان داده شود.

حصول اطمئنان از چک وبررسی موترهای افغان اید و فعال نگهداشتن سیستم برق و قطعات نازک و مهم وسایط نقلیه

داشتن یک سیستم فایلنگ خوب که در بر گیرنده تمام کار های انجام شده،فهرست کارکنان و گزارش های حسن کارکردگی باشد.

Reporting:

To provide monthly report of tasks for line manager as per need.

راپور دهی :
ارائه راپور ماهانه درصورت نیاز به مدیر مربوطه
Job Requirements:

12th class graduate is desirable and must have valid Afghan driving license.

At least 3-5 years driving work experience especially in is required and skills in minor & armored vehicle

Having knowledge of first aids are an advantage.

Knowledge of driving rules and regulations

Working knowledge of English is required

fluency in Dari and Pashto is required

Ability to operate mobile telephones

مقررات وظیفه : * فارغ التحصیل صنف دوازدهم مطلوب است و باید گواهینامه رانندگی معتبر افغانی داشته باشد.

حداقل 3 تا 5 سال سابقه کار رانندگی به ویژه در وسایط نقلیه کوچک و زرهی حتمی است

داشتن دانش کمک های اولیه مزیت محسوب می شود.

داشتن دانش از قوانین رانندگی

بلدیت به زبان انگلیسی حتمی است

بلدیت کامل به زبان دری و پشتوحتمی میباشد.

توانایی استفاده از تیلفون همراه
