Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking platforms
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ language proficiency and qualifications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and records
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable talent recommendations
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure effective candidate sourcing and selection
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, promoting the company’s values and brand image
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with hiring managers
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability to work remotely and adjust working hours to accommodate different time zones
