Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for various roles in the Dutch market.
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and expectations.
Utilize online platforms, social media, and job boards to effectively attract potential candidates.
Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles to clients, highlighting key strengths and experiences.
Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
