Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates for diverse job openings using innovative methods.
Engage with candidates in Dutch via phone, email, and digital platforms to assess their career goals.
Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to find the best fits for our clients.
Collaborate with experienced recruiters to learn about job requirements and best practices.
Maintain and update accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
Participate in training sessions to advance your recruitment knowledge and skills.
Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities and improve your recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
No prior experience in recruitment is required; a willingness to learn is what we value most!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with candidates.
A genuine interest in recruitment and helping others find their dream jobs.
Familiarity with social media and online platforms to engage with potential candidates is a plus.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
