Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates via various platforms, including job boards and social media.
Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain organized records of recruitment processes and candidate information.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
No prior recruitment experience required; comprehensive training will be offered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in supporting candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
