Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our recruitment system.
Support candidates throughout their application journey, providing a positive experience.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary; all required training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
Proficient in using online tools and platforms for candidate sourcing and communication.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and connecting talent with opportunities.
