Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their recruitment needs.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other networking platforms.
Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in our system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
No prior recruitment experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
