What You’ll Be Doing:
Source and identify talented candidates for various job openings
Conduct friendly initial screenings and interviews in Dutch and English
Build positive relationships with both clients and candidates-your people skills are incredibly important!
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Keep our databases updated with accurate candidate records
Support the recruitment process at every stage, ensuring a great experience for everyone involved
Contribute your creative ideas to improve our talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
You should be fluent in Dutch and English-let those language skills shine!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key-let’s make great connections!
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will help you flourish in this role!
Great organizational skills and attention to detail will be beneficial
No prior experience in recruitment? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed
Familiarity with online job boards and social media for candidate sourcing is a plus
